Julia is also qualified Yoga therapist so during the workshop she can even help with injuries and many health conditions.

 
Regular Yoga Classes at your work place

The benefits of Regular Yoga classes in the work place are many. Yoga sessions can help to reduce stress levels, help to keep staff feeling energised and therefore more productive. It can also help to develop better working relationships in the office.

Yoga Concepts can provide these sessions at competitive hourly rates and sessions can be as energetic or as meditative as you like.


Half Hour, One Hour or Two workshops for conferences

A short workshop style session can help to invigorate and revitalise during long conferences or team building days. We can include a basic understanding of yoga; simple yet effective yoga postures/ stretches, breathing exercises and meditation. These sessions are designed to be fun, interesting and will rejuvenate and refresh the mind and body for the rest of the day.
There is no need for special equipment or clothing for these types of sessions.

All we will require to facilitate regular yoga sessions or half/one day workshops is a room large enough to accommodate the participants.

Depending on the programme that’s chosen each participant will generally only need comfortable, loose clothing and a towel for the more energetic sessions if they are requested.

No prior experience of yoga is necessary, as the Yoga sessions will be designed specifically for your needs and therefore suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners.
